No. There is no minimum contract term. Our retainers run on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days' notice to cancel. You stay because the service earns it — not because leaving is difficult.
There are no hourly caps or usage limits. If you are going through a complex period — a redundancy process, multiple disciplinaries, a restructure — we remain involved for as long as it takes. That is what a retainer is for.
Yes. Full access to Trident Command is included in every retainer at no additional cost. That includes the intelligent document library, risk and compliance dashboard, people management tools and employment law intelligence layer.
It means we do not just send you an email with advice and leave you to it. We draft letters, attend meetings where needed, review outcomes and stay involved until each situation is resolved properly.
Yes — your retainer simply moves to the appropriate band as your headcount grows or reduces. We review this with you periodically so your support always reflects where your business actually is.
We benchmark each headcount band against the realistic in-house HR resource a business of that size would actually need — ranging from a part-time HR Advisor at the smallest tiers, through a full-time HR Advisor or Manager, up to a small HR team for 150+ employees. Costs are fully-loaded (base salary plus employer NI, pension, holiday cover and equipment) using conservative UK regional salary benchmarks. Final figures are illustrative — your actual saving will depend on the role, location and benefits package you would otherwise hire for.
