How long the answer itself takes depends on the matter. A straightforward question is usually answered the same day. Something that needs the file read properly takes longer, and we will tell you when to expect it rather than leave you wondering.
Yes. That is the design, not a sales condition. The value of Pro is that the request is raised inside the system where the employee record, the case history and the documents already sit. Advice given without that context is guesswork, and it leaves no trace afterwards.
Trident AI drafts documents inside Command from your own policies and the case record, rather than from a generic template. It handles administrative correspondence and first drafts. It does not make decisions and it does not give advice. Anything it produces can be sent to your consultant for professional review before you issue it, and for anything formal we would encourage that.
No. Command Pro is rolling monthly. Cancel whenever you like and your access simply runs to the end of the billing period you have already paid for. There is no notice period, no exit fee and no balance of a term to settle.
No. An advice line gives you a different person each time, no sight of your records, and nothing written down at the end. Pro gives you a named consultant working inside your own case file, and every answer is recorded against the case where it belongs.
No. Trident HR does not sell an indemnity policy. What we provide is support and preparation: a defensible process, correct documentation and a complete case record. If you want cover for awards and legal costs, buy it as insurance from an insurer.
Then a retainer is the honest answer, and we will tell you so. Pro is built for the handful of difficult matters a year. If you are heading into a redundancy programme, a TUPE transfer or a case that needs someone in the room, you want us actively running it, not commenting on it.
Yes, in either direction, and there is no penalty for moving down. Your data stays where it is. Only the level of involvement changes.
