Depending on your chosen package, we sift CVs, conduct structured screening conversations, assess candidate suitability and prepare a properly documented shortlist.
Selection and offer
We support interviews, provide comparative assessments, give clear selection guidance and manage the offer stage. You make the decision — we give you everything you need to make it confidently.
