No. Our recruitment packages are entirely fixed fee. You know the cost before we begin — regardless of the salary, the seniority of the role or how long it takes to fill. No commission, no mark-ups, no surprises at placement.
We place adverts on the platforms most relevant to the role — which varies by sector, location and seniority. This is part of the role briefing conversation. Job board advertising spend is separate and agreed in advance, so you always know exactly what you are committing to.
We will discuss this at the outset. Our model is built around delivering a proper process — not guaranteeing a hire at any cost. If applications are insufficient, we advise on why and what to do next. We will never push you towards a candidate who isn't right.
If you are hiring for more than one different role at the same time, additional roles are charged at 50% of the package price. The discount applies when roles are agreed and run within the same campaign window. Advertising spend remains separate per role.
Where you need multiple hires for the same role — for example, five bar staff or ten drivers — we run a single high-volume campaign with one setup fee and a reduced cost per additional placement. This is scoped and priced individually, contact us to discuss.
