Fixed-fee support for a defined employee relations case — conduct, capability, grievance or absence. We advise on process, draft the documentation and guide you through to a defensible outcome. For businesses that need expert support on a specific issue without committing to a retainer.
Live process support, senior role involvement, urgency or risk-sensitive issues will be quoted at the upper end. Where scope is unclear, hourly rates apply.
End-to-end project support for business change, restructuring and redundancy processes. We manage the process properly — from planning and consultation framework through to individual letters, meetings and outcomes — ensuring every step is defensible, legally compliant and handled with care.
