When something goes wrong — a grievance, a data breach, an accident — one of the first questions asked is what training the employee had, and when. A verbal walkthrough doesn't answer it. A dated completion, a scored quiz and a certificate do. A branded, printable certificate is issued automatically on a pass and stored against the employee, ready to produce for an inspector, insurer or tribunal.
Renewals & Reassignment
Set how long each course stays valid. The system reassigns it before expiry and chases the completion — so fire safety from 2023 doesn't pass as cover in 2026.
